What is your pricing structure?

Pricing is dependent on a few moving parts including venue type (all inclusive or blank canvas), service needs, and guest count. I require an initial non-refundable retainer, then split the remaining investment into 2-3 payments.

Will you set up my decor?

Yes! I set up client purchased or made decor for tables and details around the venue space, including signs. I will then be there to pack it up at the end of the night.

Are you licensed and insured?

I sure am! Also certified. :) I can provide you or your venue any necessary documents. I also take classes quarterly to be a better wedding planner for you.

Is travel included in the package?

Yes! Travel to and from venue site for the tour, rehearsal, and wedding day are included in the price and package when discussed over the call. If your event is more than 5 hours away from Reno, flights and hotels are to be reimbursed.

Do you have preferred vendors?

I sure do. I've been hard at work building relationships with vendors in the industry that I trust. Let's talk about your vendor needs!

Do you set up tables/chairs/linens?

This is not a typical service of mine, but it can be discussed if needed and would be an additional charge.

I'll guide you through all the planning decisions and need-to-knows.

Step Five: Deliver

All the way until the last vendor is vacated, I will be there to deliver what's expected, then some.
