Wedding Coordination

• Up to 12 hours of wedding coordination. 
• 1 hour of rehearsal coordination.
• 3 coordination meetings; in-person or virtual with no time limit.
• Unlimited email/text communication. 
• Vow books. 
• Venue walk-through (typically with the couple).
• Complete ceremony decor set up. 
• Complete reception decor set up. 
• Tear down and clean up of event when complete. 
• Timeline creation and management. Email & Printed copies for all vendors. 
• Gifts and cards packed up at the end of the event and brought to a specific vehicle.
• Vendor liaison & communication takeover at month-of. I become the sole point of contact.
• Transportation of client purchased decorations to venues for Reno weddings.
• Choice of décor and ceremony items included in package. More items available to rent. 
  • Bubble guns, altar chiffon, basic signage. 

For weddings up to 100 people in Reno - $1,600 (starting)

For weddings up to 100 people in Tahoe - $1,750 (starting, includes travel)

Weddings with 101-150 guests will require an assistant, a $200 charge.

Weddings with 151+ guests will require at least 2 assistants, at $250 per assistant.  

Pricing may also vary based on type of venue (turn-key or blank canvas) or split ceremony/reception venues.
