The Sagebrush Package is for the couple who are comfortable planning and designing their wedding day and know they need a wedding coordinator for a flawless execution. This is also considered day-of or month-of wedding coordination. This package is perfect for those who need less support and a more hands-off wedding planning experience but trusts that their day will be handled with care and professionalism.

You can hire me at any stage of planning, but we'll start working together 60-90 days out from your wedding date to get all the details in place including the timeline and contingency plans.

10 Hours of Day of Wedding Coordination
1 Hour of Rehearsal Coordination
3 (1-hour) Coordination Meetings

First following hire, 60-90 days out, final 14-30 days out

Unlimited Email/Text Communication
1 Venue Walk-through

2-hours total, acts as 4th meeting

Decor set up

(signage, centerpieces, seating placements, table decor)

Chair and table set up/tear down available for an additional fee

Vendor Management starting at Month-of

Client handles all vendor booking and communication until 30 days out

Starting investment is $2,000.

Investment will vary based on venue type, travel, and guest count.
